Evrykit Inventory gives you a live, accurate picture of every item you stock — across every warehouse, bin, and location — without spreadsheets, without guesswork.
What You Can Do
Whether you run a single store or multiple warehouses, Inventory scales to fit. Add products once and track them everywhere: stock movements are updated automatically every time a sale, purchase, adjustment, or transfer occurs.
Products & Catalogue
Organise your product range with Product Families (top-level groupings like "Electronics" or "Apparel") and Product Categories (operational sub-groups like "Smartphones" or "T-Shirts"). Each product carries its own unit of measure, costing method, and reorder thresholds.
Warehouses & Bins
Create unlimited warehouses and sub-divide each one into bin locations for precise storage tracking. Bin-level visibility means you know exactly which shelf an item sits on, not just which building it's in.
Stock Movements
Every stock change — whether from a purchase receipt, sales dispatch, manual adjustment, or warehouse transfer — is recorded as an immutable ledger entry. You always have a complete, auditable history of how stock reached its current level.
Stock Adjustments
Correct discrepancies after a physical count, write off damaged goods, or add opening balances using the Adjustments workflow. Each adjustment carries a type (count correction, write-off, opening balance) and a reason, keeping your records clean for auditors.
Inter-Warehouse Transfers
Move stock between locations with a structured transfer workflow: draft the transfer, confirm it, dispatch from the source warehouse, and receive at the destination. Partial transfers are supported so you can move what's available without waiting.
Reorder Alerts
Set minimum stock levels per product per warehouse. When stock falls below the threshold, a reorder alert fires — so you can raise a purchase order before you run out, not after.
